The German eCommerce Manager will be focusing on the German website alongside the team with the development and implementation of their international website. The successful candidate will be accountable for the managing both the content, listings and the performance of the website, ensuring that all content and products is engaging and relevant to the German market. The role is ideal for an individual who is fluent in German with at least twoo years’ ecommerce experience and someone who is looking to work in a fast-paced retail environment!

The Main Responsibilities of the German eCommerce Manager:

• Take full ownership of page content, product merchandising, search results, promotional banners and product listings
• Work closely with the Head of eCommerce in order to drive sales and profitability by generating successful promotions and offers
• Produce landing pages and optimise cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
• Generate new ideas which will improve customer satisfaction
• Raise any website issues which occur on the website with the developers and develop solutions to the problem
• Work alongside on-site search provider to optimise onsite search accuracy and performance

Der perfekte Kandidat:

• Proven experience in a similar eCommerce role
• Fluent in German and comfortable translating English
• Previous experience within digital marketing and eCommerce
• Fantastic communication, time management and IT skills are vital
• A creative individual who likes to break down barriers and think outside the box
• Demonstrates a genuine interest in fashion and retail!
