Are you fluent in German and looking to kickstart your career with a global leader in medical innovation? We are currently seeking a passionate Customer Services Associate to join a customer service team in Cirencester.

If you have a customer-centric attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

You will be speaking and writing in English and German. You may have an A-Level in German but will be able to learn the extra terminology required to do the role.

Based: Cirencester

Salary: £25 - £28k PA

This permanent full-time (37.5 hours a week), 5 days a week (Mon – Fri)

May consider Mon - Friday part time

Hybrid position which includes 2 -3 days a week based in Cirencester, UK

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer requirements in core business systems
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle credit notes and Return Goods Authorisation
  • Maintain customer information with precision
  • Develop and maintain customer services Standard Operating Procedures
  • Ensure Customer Service KPIs are met for the best customer experience

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German or native speaker
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to work in a team and deliver on daily objectives
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage
  • Valid work permit or VISA for the UK
