Geotechnical Engineer

Geotechnical/Geoenvironmental Engineer - Construction - Silsoe - £35000 to £40000

Hello Recruitment is pleased to be recruiting a Geotechnical/Geoenvironmental Engineer for a niche construction business who specialisation in redesign and development.

The client is seeking someone with a minimum of 1-2 years experience in managing and undertaking site investigations, writing reports and exposure to hydrogeology, contamination and onsite testing. Other key criteria will be quoting, project management and client liaison.

The ideal candidate Geotechnical Engineer will be BSc degree level qualified in geology/geography with the ability to log soils to BS 5930+A2 technical standards. The ability to interpret geological/hydrogeological maps and published geological data. Strong written and oral skills, customer focused with a clean driving licence.
