An award winning geotechnical and geo-environmental consultancy with 8 offices spanning the UK are seeking a Geotechnical Engineer to join the team near Bradford on a range of exciting ground investigation projects. You'll be provided with specialist training from a team of engineers and consultants in order to continue your professional development and progress your skills.

The Geotechnical Engineer selected will be assisting with site walkovers, carrying out ground investigations and desk studies, taking soil samples, borehole logging, preparing phase plans, writing factual reports, in situ testing and observing the day-to-day tasks to develop geotechnical knowledge and move into independent work.

The Geotechnical Engineer selected must therefore:

• Have a minimum of a BSc in geology, engineering geology, geography, geotechnical engineering, environmental science or a relevant subject (MSc preferable).
• Geotechnical/Geo-environmental Engineering or Engineering Geology experience.
• Be keen to learn and develop geo-environmental and geotechnical skills.
• Be willing to work outdoors on hands on projects.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Be commutable around the Bradford area and happy to travel for work.
• Have a full right to work in the UK.
