General Sales Manager

We are partnering with a successful and profitable dealership supporting them to secure a GeneralSales Manager.

Working for a plush, spacious and beautiful site in Crawley,West Sussex we need a superstar when it comes to the sales department; someone who can lead, motivate and inspire a team of hungry Sales Executives.

It would be preferable if you had a used car bias, with the knowledge and skill set to decipher a good part exchange from a not so good one.

Experience

They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager for this role, the department is capable of having record sales but will need some direction and intentional leadership to achieve these kind of results.

Someone with a stable career history, showing your resilience in the face of turbulence.

They also require the successful person to be polished, presentable and professional to set an example.

What's on offer?

The basic salary is £50,000, with an OTE of £80,000 plus company car and benefits.
