General Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Team Management: Hiring, training, and motivating the sales team.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Tracking sales targets and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Inventory Management: Ensuring adequate stock of vehicles.
  • Customer Relations: Maintaining positive customer relationships and resolving complaints.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Creating strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Managing budgets and forecasting sales projections.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Collaborating on marketing initiatives to attract customers.
  • Dealer Relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with manufacturers.
  • Training and Development: Providing ongoing training for sales staff.
What you need:
  • Previous general sales manger experience
  • Full UK Driving licence
