A beautiful country pub in the village of Old Dalby, Leicestershire.

We are currently recruiting for a General Manager for a fast-growing client, who is stamping their pub footprint across the country.

Are you a General Manager who wants to be the face of a beautiful English pub? Who loves the Premium branding? This could be the opportunity for you…



What will you bring?

  • Able to talk to all customers at all levels - one day could be about a large wedding, the next to the local farmers about the produce coming in.
  • Vibrant and dynamic personality - thriving off the customer journey and wanting to be the place where all the locals go.
  • Team orientated - you couldn’t do it without your team, making sure you nurture and grow them to be the best in company.
  • Exceptionally customer focused, with an entrepreneurial spirit - putting the customer at the heart of all decision making.
  • Experience at General Manager level with premium food background - understanding sourcing and fresh food.
  • Happy to be in a wonderful part of the country and part of a community.
