As General Manager, of this precision manufacturing and supply business you will be responsible for leading and motivating an experienced team from their sales and manufacturing facility in Tewkesbury. This role holds full responsibility and accountability for the P&L and reports directly to the group Managing Director.

As General Manager of this manufacturing & supply business, you can expect to:

• Monitor the business's daily operations through direct reports in internal and external sales, marketing, finance and operations
• Set operational policies and budgets, delegating appropriate ownership
• Work collaboratively with the leadership teams in the other group businesses to deliver a market-leading customer proposition
• Develop and implement business strategies with the long-term goal of profitable growth and customer retention.
