QC Legal is delighted to present this super rare and phenomenal opportunity for a highly ambitious, entrepreneurial and highly talented GC to take on a lead role in what will become the leading business of its kind, make no mistake. The Directors in this business have set themselves the loftiest of ambitions, and they will become the biggest landowner in 10 years’ time, and the largest developer in 5 years’ time. I have no doubt they will reach these gargantuan milestones! This role is therefore not for the faint-hearted! You will be yearning to get stuck in, be involved, lead on ideas and devise on, and execute, aggressive multiple growth strategies. 

While the core business is real estate development, your role will be more critically business advisory and corporate M&A. You will be a naturally inspired leader by example, have the best credentials (magic/silver circle, top tier), have a business mindset and ideally already have some first-rate in-house experience. 

Growth Strategy: 

• This role demands that you have got your skates on, and that you’re ready to really throw yourself into the challenge and help meet the growth objectives. Again, I repeat, this is not for the faint-hearted, but when you get there, you will be a part of sharing the spoils of success and be seen as very much a significant part of that journey of success. 
• A highly people focused business, the ambitions are to grow to a 25-person team in six months, 50-person team in 12 months and a 100-person team within the next 2 years. At present, our client has 14 operational sites with a GDV of £85m. By the end of 2025, they will have GDV of £300m. Their portfolio covers the UK, with an international element. They intend to grow into the Americas in time to come.
