We are urgently seeking a qualified PE Teacher with QTS to assist with GCSE PE Theory for the upcoming Summer Term at an SEN SEMH School in Guildford. The role requires an immediate start. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional, ready to engage students and enhance their understanding of GCSE PE Theory.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Delivering engaging GCSE PE Theory lessons to students.
  • Preparing lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and the needs of all students.
  • Assessing and monitoring student progress and providing feedback to improve their academic performance.
  • Collaborating with other teaching staff to enhance the quality of teaching and learning.
  • Participating in departmental meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other events as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - no Early Career Teachers (ECT).
  • Proven experience in teaching PE Theory at the GCSE level.
  • Strong understanding of the current curriculum and examination requirements.
  • Excellent communication and motivational skills.
  • Ability to create an inclusive learning environment that supports all students.
