Information on the role

• Installing & Servicing/Maintaining Automatic Gates, Barriers, Turnstiles & Associated equipment
• Liaise with customers face-to-face, conducting yourself professionally
• Driving to various sites
• A competent engineer with proven experience in the installation, servicing and the maintenance of Automatic Gates, Barriers, Turnstiles, and associated equipment. Someone who is confident, has a good face to face skills and is comfortable outlining further work to the client. A self-starter. A team player. A proactive problem solver.Skills/Education and Experience A full driving licence is Essential. Electrically or mechanically qualified would be an advantage but not essential. DHF or Gate Safe Accredited would be an advantage but not essential.

What we’d like from you

• Proven Gate Engineer / Barrier Engineer experience
• Electrical or Mechanical HND/HNC or Degree would be advantageous
• DHF or Gate Safe Accreditation would be advantageous
• Full Driving Licence is essential
• Local to Barton-Le-Clay
• Professional manner
• Good face-to-face skills
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills
• Self-motivated personality
• Attention to detail with a right first-time attitude
• Organisation and time management skills
