Gardener

We are looking for a gardener/ ride on mower to join a team in Harlow. The company provide a range of services to their customers in the Harlow area. This role falls within the Environmental Services team.

The responsibility of the gardener is to provide a range of grounds maintenance services. This role involves a lot of team work.

THE ROLE:

• Weed control and pruning
• Assist in the maintenance and care of gardens and outdoor spaces,
• Using machinery. Equipment safely in line with H&S
• Maintaining grass/green areas, cleaning debris and rubbish
• Preparation and cultivating seedlings
• Use power tools and hand tools to trim
• Assist with groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, edging, and raking
• Planting- including floral displays.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Gardening experience including planting and pruning
• Good knowledge of H&S
• Good communication skills to be able to work in a team
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• A valid driving licence.

This role will be temp to begin with, for at least 12 weeks. This is 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday (7.30am start)
