Our client is looking for a reliable, hard working and productive garden nursery workers to join their team based on the outskirts of Horsham. (Must drive due to location)

Duties of a garden nursery worker:
You will be working in their greenhouses, factory, and warehouses which produce a wide range of horticultural products from bedding plants, flowering pot plants and colour themed containers. This is a physically demanding role with bending, lifting and carrying)
Tasks include
* Watering and deadheading plants and flowers
* Packaging plants and flowers in bulk or individually
* Re potting plants into larger pots as they grow
* Repositioning / spacing out plants in the greenhouses
* Loading packages onto pallets and trucks
* Check labelling is correct and presentable
* Using the potting machinery
What we are looking for:
* Able to work on various departments during the day
* Excellent attention to detail
* Team player with good communication skills
* Commitment to health and safety practices
* MUST DRIVE DUE TO LOCATION
