Game Designer - Midcore

Game Designer / Mobile / Midcore/ UK / Fully Remote / Contract

Location - UK Fully Remote (British Citizens Only)

Day Rate - £300 - £350 per day (DOE)

Contract - 12 months

I am working with a gaming studio in the UK who are looking for a contract Game Designer to join the team, working on a new midcore title that is currently in pre-production.

Responsibilities:

Work with the design leadership team to help create the creative vision for the title.

Moving across further areas of the game as required, from player funnel investigations to economy balancing to refactoring existing elements of the game

Guide the design of features, characters and events.

Guide and mentor other designers.

Requirements:

Extensive experience as a game designer, on a midcore title.

Experience using Unity or other game creation tools.

A passion for midcore mobile titles

This is a role that will suit someone with a passion for mobile games, someone very creative who enjoys creative freedom.
