Fundraising Manager - Hybrid

Location: Elmbank Crescent, Glasgow G2 4PT, hybrid working available
Salary: £31,145.90 plus pension and benefits.
Contract: Full time or part time, Permanent

Are you passionate about the arts and fundraising?

Do you have experience in securing grants and building relationships with trusts and foundations?

Or are you an excellent copywriter or journalist who fancies a change? If so, we want to hear from you!

As our Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Securing funding from trusts, foundations, and other grant-making bodies to support our artistic outreach programs.
• Developing and implanting a comprehensive trust funding strategy.
• Identifying potential funders and nurturing relationships to maximise income opportunities.

In order to be successful in this role you should have:

• A minimum of two years’ professional experience in trust fundraising (in any sector).
• A track record of generating substantial income from trust fundraising.
• A strong grasp of contemporary research techniques - or an ability and willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills.

It would be great if you had:

• An awareness of the CRM database Spektrix.
• An interest in opera.
