You'll need to have excellent communication skills, a passion for interacting with the public with the ability to work under your own initiative.

Our commitment to quality and expertise is unrivalled. A 5-day new-starter training programme is followed by 12 weeks in-field mentoring within a professional and well managed regional team environment ensuring that the best possible support is provided.

  • A positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • A persuasive and engaging communicator who enjoys the variety of travelling and working in a different environment each day
  • The desire to become a passionate advocate for the Charity you represent

Requirements

Our venues fundraisers typically work between 10am and 6pm and are usually employed on a 40 hour per week contract working 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays. Our venues are often busiest first thing in the morning, over lunchtime and later in the afternoon, so our Fundraisers must be flexible in the hours they work and demonstrate commitment to reaching their donor targets each week.

All our fundraisers are on permanent employment contracts, providing the security of regular income as well as amazing benefits including health cash plan, death in service plan, shopping discounts and a personal pension! Our fundraisers are paid a basic wage, plus discretionary bonuses, which relate to the number and quality of donors they achieve.

Accommodation will be provided if staying away (if the venue is over 75 miles from home) plus a contribution towards travel expenses.
