Fund Operations Associate
The Fund Operations Associate needs to do suppor with all fund administration and support tasks for the clients fund which is mainly UCITs.

The financial services client is one of the largest investment management companies in Japan, offering discretionary investment management, investment trusts and advisory services to a range of institutional investors, pension funds, government agencies and retail investors worldwide. They are a growing presence in the City of London and are looking to add their Operations department.
Description
The key duties for the Fund Operations Associate:
- Liaise with counterparties and respond to queries and provide information regarding investment funds (mainly UCITS)
- Maintenance of fund registration in host countries
- Updating Key Investor Information (KID) in a timely manner
- Processing expense approval
- Preparation of reports for board meeting
- Assist in the preparation of fund annual report and semi-annual report and ensure that they are distributed to all counterparties
- Assist in various ad-hoc reporting requirements
- Provide support for ad-hoc projects
Profile
The pre-requisites for the Fund Operations Associate role are as follows:
- UCITS exposure
- 2+ years experience
- Ability to multitask and prioritise appropriately to meet deadlines
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- IT skills in MS office
- Positive attitude to learn new things
- Previous experience in financial industry is preferable but not required
Job Offer
Competitive salary of £40,000-£50,000 plus bonus and full benefits package
35 hours per week (9am-5pm) work from home available
