Fund Monitoring Quantity Surveyor

A close-knit, family feel Construction & Property Consultancy is seeking a client facing Monitoring Surveyor to enhance their Manchester office.

The Monitoring Surveyor Role

The successful Monitoring Surveyor will ideally have prior project monitoring/fund monitoring/bank monitoring experience as you support an array of existing, high profile clients.

The new Monitoring Surveyor will also build relationships with internal and external investment and institutions, whist working on a mix of projects including Residential, Commercial and Industrial.

The company has continued to go from strength to strength, with a 30% increase in turnover last year and over 70% of this next financial years work already instructed. They have a number of exciting projects in the Northwest and are in need of someone local to the area.

A small team of 6, the incoming Monitoring Surveyor will be working closely with and reporting to the Directors. Working in a flat management and team structure, with no one but the directors "above" you - there is uncapped opportunity for progression and promotions.

The Monitoring Surveyor

• Previous monitoring experience
• A Quantity Surveying background within a Consultancy
• RICS accredited degree qualification
• Confident and client-facing
• 1-2 years Quantity Surveying experience post qualification
