6-12 month contract - Real Estate Investment Management - £80-100K

I've partnered with a leading Real Estate Investment Manager with a pan-European presence, to bring on an experienced Fund Accountant on a fixed term basis. Joining a highly engaging and collaborative team, you will be a key point of contact between the firm and its' investors, as well as other external stakeholders.

With an approach underpinned by investing in diverse and resilient property types, this is your chance to join a company that have grown exponentially since their inception over 25 years ago, having a demonstrated track record of success and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Investor reporting; calculating and providing commentary on NAV & financial statements
  • Assistance in transaction support re new deals, financial due diligence, preparation of fund flow, etc
  • Liaising with investors, preparing and reviewing drawdowns & distributions
  • Manage tax structure and reporting of allocated funds

Key things for you to have:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • At least 3 years experience with Real Estate Investment Management (non-negotiable)
  • IFRS knowledge, knowledge of local corporate and VAT tax requirements
  • Strong inter-personal skills; you will be liaising with very high-value external stakeholders

Working within a team of 10, you will be well supported while also being given the chance to showcase & develop upon your existing skillset in this area.
