Your new company
A well respected Real Estate Investor based in London with growing assets under management. The company has a number of closed and active funds.

Your new role
Working as part of the UK finance function, you will be highly involved in all areas investor/lender reporting and with a lot of the day to day accounting done by the transactional team, the role is highly commercial and operationally involved.
Duties

  • Responsible for accounting across the Fund projects
  • Investor and lender reporting
  • Quarterly project and group accounts
  • Onboard new acquisitions
  • Preparation and modelling for quarterly valuations
  • FCA compliance reports



What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with investment / fund / real estate experience, either from a fund background or with the desire to work in this area after training in practice.
