Salary: £40k OTE, £20-£25k base depending on experience

Hours: 35 hours per week

The company

Winbox is on track to become Europe's largest LinkedIn advertising specialist agency. Access to our strategies and expertise has helped some of the smartest marketers in tech change their approach to generating and capturing demand on LinkedIn.

Following on from two years of double-digit growth and becoming established as a leading agency in the Software-as-a-Service(SaaS) tech sector, we’re building a growth team in Swansea to take our offer to a broader market.

This new team is going to be in a new office, the £9.3m state-of-the-art Innovation Matrix. Our neighbours in the office will be like us; the fastest growing start-ups in the region.

The role

There are two key parts to this role

  • Finding right fit prospects

  • Engaging with those prospects

Here’s what you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Generating prospect lists: you need to be a good researcher

  • Booking outbound meetings through a combination of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking and independent research.

  • Engage with senior marketers and growth teams, understand the issues they face and articulate our offer in an articulate manner

  • Researching your prospects decision making team - find the sabateur

  • Generating and managing sales pipeline; maintain impeccable admin and update all activity in Hubspot.

  • Help efforts in building sustainable processes and procedures - we are in learning mode here.

  • Work collaboratively with other team members to convert opportunities created into sales qualified leads.

  • Have a proactive approach to learning and professional development

  • Create new opportunities for the business every day

Here’s what you’ll be measured on:

  • Meetings booked

  • Sales qualified opportunities

  • Revenue generated



You’ll report to the Sales Director.

  • Fast Career progression: Hit your targets and you’ll be promoted within 6 months, keep going and you’ll have options to move into management or become an Account Exec within 12 months

What we’re looking for
  • Experience: Sales experience preferred but not essential. Evidence of over achievement is

  • Character: This is a client-facing role. You’ll need to be comfortable and confident running meetings, presenting and building relationships with senior stakeholders

  • Skills:

    • Ability to articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills is a must.

    • We need you to be self motivated, proactive and flexible.

    • Good time-management

    • There’s a lot of problem solving in this role, so good analytical skills are highly desirable.

    • This is a scale up environment, so a can do attitude is all important

    • You will need to be very comfortable using tools like Hubspot, Trello, Asana and Google Drive and have excellent written communication skills.
