Job Title: PE Teacher

Location: Plymouth

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PE Supply Teacher to join our team and provide quality education to students in primary and secondary schools. As a PE Supply Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons on a short-term or occasional basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in a range of subjects, including mathematics, science, English, and history.
  • Create and implement lesson plans that meet the needs and learning styles of each student.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Manage student behaviour and provide support to students with special educational needs
  • Collaborate with school staff and other teachers to support student success.
  • Adapt to new teaching environments and subject matter quickly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a Supply Teacher or in a similar role
  • Ability to work with students of different ages, backgrounds, and abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
