Job Purpose:

To manage the day to day delivery of an exceptional 'front of house’ patient/customer experience to build the reputation of the brand and ensure repeat bookings.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensure all patients/customers are welcomed to the clinic and are made to feel comfortable.
  • Book patients/customers into the system ensuring payments have been made and any necessary information is in the system (contact details and communication preferences etc).
  • Provide support where possible to patients/customers who have special accessibility requirements to enable them to access the clinic's services and feel comfortable.
  • Deal with any patient/customer queries or concerns, logging in the system and escalating where resolution has not been possible to ensure patient/ customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and Maintain standards in the patient/customer facing and clincal areas during the course of the day to ensure a tidy, clean, safe and welcoming environment and that stock ire-purchased when neccesary.
  • Book follow up appointments, diagnostics or third party referral appointments for patients/customers in the clinic, take payments and provide any useful additional information to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Ensure the integrity of all patient and colleague data is protected by following all relevant data security protocols
  • Deputise for the Clinic Manager as a point of contact for tech issues escalating to third party providers where necessary

About you:

  • Previous experience in a customer facing role where the emphasis is on service delivery.
  • Previous experience working with technology systems to deliver all or a key part of the role.
  • A good level of competence with MS 365.
  • Able to work 37.5 per week on a rota basis including weekends and late nights
