Pure are exclusively recruiting for a great client based in Bishop Stortford in their search for a Front of House Client Co-ordinator. 

Job Purpose: To meet and greet clients to the premises and handle initial sales enquiries, carry out viewings for the building and actively seek out opportunities to further revenue generation when required. You will report directly into the Manager for the premises and cover during periods of holiday and sickness and act in place of the manager during absence.

Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch

25 days + 8 bank holidays

Key Duties: 
  • Meeting & greeting clients into the building in professional and friendly manner
  • Answering all calls efficiently and professional
  • Ensuring all incoming and outgoing post and parcels are given to relevant clients and alerted accordingly
  • Diary management booking meeting rooms
  • To speak to new potential clients and show them round the building when required answering any queries
  • To act as company ambassador for services and to make recommend improvement & other potential opportunities
  • To handle any complaints and refer any serious issues on to manager, ensuring promptly adhered too
  • To perform any relevant tasks  the day to day running of the offices
  • Promoting the company to new client and achieve tenant levels
  • Other ad-hoc tasks and to pitch in when needed
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience with client services/office management/front desk reception/Lettings or similar 
  • Organised and experienced administrator 
  • Confident being client facing and being well presented
  • Ability to problem solve
