Front Of House Manager

Up to £35,000

We are delighted to recruit on a behalf of our loveliest client and his Boutique Establishment in

Notting Hill, for a Front of House Manager.

What we would LOVE from you:

  • Have proven experience in Front Office management within hospitality industry.
  • At least 2 years management experience
  • Passionate for delivering impeccable guest service.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • A natural ability for building genuine connections with guests.
  • Financially confident, ensuring excellence is delivered in line with agreed budgets.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Up to £35,000 depending on experience.
  • Working Hours: 5 days per week - no late finishes - flexible rota and alternative evenings/weekends [37.5 hrs pw]
  • Meals on duty - you'll never go hungry.
  • 28 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)
  • Yearly Management Bonus Scheme (dependent on profitability)

Your role will include:

  • Directly responsible for all staff – 3- receptionists and 2-night Porters
  • Leading your team to ensure that all guests are welcomed and looked after.
  • Building rapport naturally with each guest you meet.
  • Enhance guest experiences and amenities to offer a bespoke service.
  • Working alongside all departments, fostering collaboration with Sales, Housekeeping, Engineering, and F&B to create seamless experiences.
  • Induction and training of new staff within the department.
