We're currently recruiting for an international company which offers a wide range of logistics, moving and relocation solutions to clients globally. They're looking for a French speaking Logistics Manager (Move management).

As a Logistics Manager fluent in French, you'll be the primary liaison between clients and assignees, overseeing all aspects of transportation services for relocations. This pivotal role involves coordinating door-to-door moves, from initiation calls to tracking shipments, ensuring a seamless experience throughout. You'll maximise revenue opportunities, maintain data integrity, and uphold quality standards, all while providing exceptional customer service.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Coordinating all aspects of door-to-door moves, including initiation calls and arranging pre-move surveys.
  • Managing documentation provision, quoting moves, and booking with approved suppliers.
  • Tracking shipments and updating stakeholders at each stage of the process.
  • Ensuring compliance with quality guidelines and processes.
  • Identifying new opportunities and supporting the sales team when necessary.

About You:

We're looking for a fluent French speaker with experience in customer services, ideally in domestic and international household goods forwarding. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Profile:

  • Fluent in French.
  • Previous experience in Move Management, Relocation Coordinator, or International Logistics roles highly desired.
  • Strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and customer focus.
  • Proven skills in logistics coordination, customer service, and data management.
  • Key personal attributes: Detail-oriented, ability to handle multiple priorities, and effective problem-solving skills.
