French Speaking Finance Assistant | Global AdTech Media Agency | Fully Remote

Harmonic are delighted to be the exclusive partners with a scaling Ad-Tech Media Agency supporting them with their search for a French & English-speaking Finance Assistant to join their team.

They are one of the world's leading advertising technology businesses servicing the OOH/DOOH marketplace with a large presence in the UK, USA & Europe. They have acquired several other Ad-tech & Media agencies recently which has seen them double in size in terms of headcount & turnover in the last 2 years and are on track for a similar growth trajectory this year.

They are a fully remote business, you can work from anywhere in the UK, but they do have a shared office space in Central London for those who prefer to be onsite.

The Role:

Reporting into an experienced Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all Finance Assistant related duties for the UK & EMEA regions. Aside from dealing with transactional aspects, the role offers commercial exposure where you'll be getting stuck in with month end and ad-hoc projects. This is a newly created position that has come from significant company growth and has scope to become a Management Accountant focussed role long-term.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of month end and year end
• Managing all aspects of Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
• Balance sheet reconciliations for multiple entities
• Treasury (bank reconciliations)
• Audit assistance
• Ad hoc projects

What We Need to See (Essential Skills):

• French & English Speaking
• 1+ years' experience in a Finance Assistant / AP / AR role or similar
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good all-rounder, proactive, team player

What We Would Like to See (Bonus Skills):

• Experience in Media / AdTech or similar
• Knowledge of Oracle ERP systems

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £28-35K + study support contribution

Location: Fully Remote
