French Speaking Credit Controller
Location: North West England, Lancashire, Blackburn
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum
Benefits: Bonus
Job Duties:- Managing and collecting debts from company debtors
- Contacting clients in French to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
- Resolving billing discrepancies and disputes
- Negotiating payment plans with clients
- Maintaining accurate records of all debt collection activities
- Providing regular updates to management on outstanding debts
- Fluency in French (native speaker level)
- Proven experience in credit control or a similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit control or a related field
- Understanding of financial regulations and credit control practises
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Ability to analyse financial data and generate reports
- Professional certification in Credit Management or Accounting
- Experience working in a multinational company
- Office-based role with occasional client visits
- Standard working hours with potential for overtime during busy periods
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
