French Qualified Employment Lawyer. 6 month secondment

We are working very closely with a market-leading Alternative Legal Service Provider, that is looking to second a French Qualified Employment Lawyer to a leading telecoms company for a 6 month assignment. The role is to start ASAP. French qualified employment Lawyers, who are based in the UK, would be ideal, but the client will also consider E&W qualified Lawyers with French language skills, who possess significant international experience, which covers France.

The successful Lawyer will be working with a global telecoms company supporting them on French based employment law projects, as well as other global employment projects. The scope of employment law matters will be broad, and likely to cover a range of non-contentious and contentious matters.

Lawyers should be based in the UK, and be happy to work on a remote basis.

It is likely that Lawyers will be able to demonstrate:

• Qualification as a Lawyer in France or qualified in England & Wales, with significant international experience, covering France
• French language skills
• Upwards of 2 years' PQE and a wealth of Employment law experience, covering contentious and non-contentious matters
• A strong private practice background, or experience gained within a notable in-house legal team
• Any experience with an in-house legal team within a telecoms business would be of particular interest, but not essential
• The ability to commit to a 6 month assignment, starting ASAP
