Freelance Project Manager

Freelance Project Manager required for a 23 week programme for 37 rooms at existing hotel valued circa £4.2M which the work involved will include wall partitioning, M&E including all sprinkler systems as well as the room/hall decor and final finishes. Reporting to a visiting Operations Manager you will have full control and autonomy for the running of the project from inception through to completion/handover to client, taking the programme you will manage and plan the subcontract supply chain ensuring that there package of works commence and are completed within target time frames. Along with the assistance of an assistant/site manager you will be responsible for managing the subcontract labour on a daily basis, ensuring company and client health & safety is adhered to, requisition for materials as well as holding and chairing all client/subcontractor meetings. Due to the nature of project with sections of the hotel live you will need to be a client faced individual as you may have to deal with staff and the general public with access of works.

A proven track record delivering schemes as a the Project Manager will also be essential
