Freelance Façade/Package Manager

Freelance Facade Manager required for a 43 week duration to manage the full external facade package on a £47 Million new build student accommodation scheme in central Leeds. Reporting in to the Project Manager your main role will be to oversee the external facade which include aluminium rain screen cladding, SFS and window packages, main duties will predominately involve overseeing the programme/schedule of works, QA, health & safety, site inductions, daily subcontract management including holding/chairing progress meetings to ensure that works are completed within programme deadlines set. Along with the principle contractor management team that you will be working for you will also be responsible for coordination of works with other package managers ensuring smooth overlap with other subcontractors with their involvement of works

Current CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid certificates will be a mandatory requirement as no one will be considered without these. Previous employment working for a facade contractor will be a preferential benefit unless you have previous experience and a proven track record working on multiroom projects as a facade/package manager
