An exciting full-time opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic, expanding law firm in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. Our client specialises in a range of civil litigation matters and are currently expanding their growing Fraud & Scam department.

We are seeking an ambitious qualified solicitor or CILEX, ideally with at least 1 years PQE. Experience of housing disrepair / fraud & scam is preferred but not essential

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Giving legal advice to clients
  • Drafting and checking legal documents
  • Representing clients in negotiations, mediations and, sometimes, court proceedings
  • Conducting legal research and analysis
  • Undertaking client management
  • Ensuring compliance with legal documentation
  • Developing a close working relationship with other claimant firms, defendant solicitors and Kings Counsel to advance claims through the Court system.
  • Gathering the necessary evidence and data required to bring valid claims in large volumes.
  • Taking client instructions and advising on legal and procedural issues in an effort to progress files and the litigation as a whole.


Job Details and Benefits:

  • Full time, permanent
  • Monday – Friday, 35 hours a week
