Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)

Salary - up to £26k

Acorn by Synergie has an exciting opportunity for a Fraud Administrator to join a growing business based in Crewe.

The ideal candidate will have an investigative mind and love getting to the nitty-gritty of everything. Naturally inquisitive and enjoy problem-solving coupled with huge enthusiasm to learn and develop.

No experience is required as full training will be given. The right attitude and mentality are vital, the client will teach you the rest.

Duties will include:

  • Dealing with customer's queries over the telephone and email, seeking to provide a solution at the first point of contact where possible.
  • Running ad-hoc reports.
  • Conducting micro audits.
  • Actively call customers to investigate anomalies and discrepancies.
  • Liaising with internal and external departments to gather precise information.
  • Working daily with Excel spreadsheets.
  • Updating and maintaining the internal database.
  • General administration duties.
  • Return client calls and emails in a timely manner and in line with SLA's.

Candidate's skills and experience:

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Investigative techniques.
  • Competent IT user with experience of Excel.
  • Hardworking and self-motivated.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a busy environment.
  • Positive, can-do attitude.
  • Able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally.
