A challenging opportunity for a FPGA Design Engineer based in Surrey has become available, with a world leader in state-of-the-art electronics. My client is a worldwide provider of innovative electronics for a range of industries predominantly in the broadcast markets.

This FPGA Design Engineer job will be involved in the innovative design and development of new FPGA and digital electronic components with some aspect of DSP.

You will be involved in full life-cycle design including specification, design, implementation, simulation and hardware testing.

This FPGA Design Engineer - DSP job will need:

- A degree educated in electronic engineering or a similar discipline

- You will have a good understanding of designing with FPGAs - ideally Altera or Xilinx

- VHDL Experience

- Experience of DSP design would be a bonus
