FP&A Manager

Grafton Banks Finance is currently looking for an ambitious FP&A Manager to join an established and fast-growing international business, with offices in Brighton and boasting a fun, sociable and relaxed culture. Working closely with the Finance Director you will be responsible for managing and developing the budgeting and planning process, as well as the forecasting model.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

• Support the business to deliver long term strategic objectives through data gathering and analysis.
• Develop models for budgeting & forecasting and improving the planning process.
• Prepare the annual budget and 5 year plan, and complete re-forecasts throughout the year.
• Prepare and present insights to the board.
• Support with M&A and business expansion including pre-acquisition modelling and the financial due diligence process.
• Monitoring cash flow risks & opportunities, and complete analysis of business performance.
• There are no line responsibilities in this role.

The successful candidate will be fully Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and either

• Trained in an accountancy practice with 1-5 years PQE in industry, or
• Trained in industry with 1-5 years PQE.
• You need to be interpersonally strong, a confident communicator and be able to show evidence of developing senior relationships within the business.
• You will have advanced IT and financial modelling skills.
• You'll need to live within easy commute of Brighton.
