This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing commercial organisation leading the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Working within a fast paced environment, you will manage a small team whilst supporting the board in driving the business forwards. There are numerous commercial projects currently in the mix, and this will certainly be a satisfying role for the successful individual. The quality of data is also high, enabling the right individual to really assist in improving business quality and growth.

• Full responsibility for all FP&A activities
• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Forecasting, Budgeting, and Planning
• Attending and presenting at senior meetings
• Exceptional Stakeholder management at all levels
• Further development of KPI metrics
• Driving Change and Process Improvement
• Strong systems and Excel skills essential
• Managing a small team

The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a strong background in FP&A, and someone who is accurate with numbers and has a commercial mindset.
