Harmonic are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with one of the Music industry's biggest success stories, in the search for an FP&A Manager to join their growing team.

The Business:

The business is a global phenomenon, associated with some of the world's biggest superstars and ground breaking technological developments. Responsible for the management of some of the most successful song catalogues of all time, our client have gone from strength to strength over the last 5 years with a strong reputation and presence internationally.

Backed and led by some of the music industries leading characters, there is a strong culture attached to the business with a shared love of the industry throughout. The business is extremely well-funded and is currently on a growth trajectory whereby they will continue to expand, thus opening several opportunities for future progression and development.

The Role:

Reporting into a very talented Financial Controller with a successful track record of mentoring less experienced colleagues, this newly created role will also offer a fantastic amount of autonomy to the core duties. Due to the nature of the role, it will require an outward facing character, that is dynamic, a self starter and keen to learn and grow. Based in an awesome, modern and collaborative office space in central London, this role will operate on a hybrid basis.

Main duties:

  • Support investment teams on deal modelling
  • Implementation of processes to provide in depth analysis of business performance
  • Work with revenue assurance team on revenue forecasting and providing variance analysis against budget
  • Produce and review budgets and quarterly forecasts
  • Produce analysis and commentary of management accounts
  • Work with investment team to provide insights for inclusion of deal underwriting


What we need to see (essential):

  • Creative industries experience (Music / TV & Film / Publishing etc)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • BI experience (Power BI / Tableau)


What we need to see (bonus):

  • Accounting and finance related degree
  • ACCA / CIMA studier

Salary: £55k - £65k (potential flex for ideal candidate) + great benefits package
