Grafton Banks Finance are delighted to be assisting an global organisation with the recruitment of an Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst. The role will be working with their newly acquired business within the group and you'll be tasked to work closely with the senior management with producing a variety of reports and information on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis, while analysing and providing explanation of variances. You will support the FP&A Manager in delivering business partnering objectives and impactful financial forecasting and analysis to our key decision makers.
- Enabling productive FP&A business partnering through analysis of spending and financial performance
- Supporting the annual budget and intra-year re-forecast process, including production of analysis for use in reports and presentations to the Board
- Prepare accurate and timely management reports using the reporting tools, such as excel and BI
- Together with the FP&A Manager, identifying and using risks & opportunities to provide the business with a rolling monthly forecast
- Updating, improving and maintaining key elements of the group planning model
- Working with the wider finance team to support the correct segmentation of financial data
- Ad-hoc financial modelling and analysis
