Are you an experienced FP&A Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in the retail industry? Our client, a prominent retail organisation based in Leicestershire is seeking a talented individual to join their team as an FP&A Manager. This is a permanent position, offering a salary range of £40,000 to £50,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis activities for the organisation, providing valuable insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenues and expenses, monitor budget performance, and identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different departments to gather financial data and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Analyse financial statements and variances, identifying key trends and potential risks, and presenting findings to senior management.
• Support the preparation of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions, providing meaningful insights to optimise business performance.

Requirements:

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qual with relevant working background
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within the retail industry.
• Proficient in financial modelling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
