We have been asked to recruit an FP&A Analyst for a company based in Milton Keynes.

Reporting into the Head of FP&A, you’ll be responsible for completion of financial consolidation, reporting and standardised analysis in support of business objectives.

The salary is pretty good too at £35,000 to £38,000 p/a … With your bonus that would mean you would be coming out with around £40,600 to £44,080 per annum.

What they need is someone who has a commercial mindset and a data analysis skill set...Experience favours qualification for this role and ideally you'll have worked within a similar role.

Below is a small overview of the role…

  • Support the coordination of quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes. Develop, maintain and distribute forecast and budget templates. Provide in-depth analysis of trends and variances.
  • Prepare reporting and analysis of financial results related to business and financial objectives to include impact/variance analysis.
  • Frequently consults with internal partners to gain information and insight, and influence results.
  • Develop and maintain routine management reports that provide visibility to financial results and trends.
  • Analyzes financial results, comparing actual and year-to-date performance with prior periods, forecasts, and plans.
  • Prepare material for monthly business reviews, quarterly presentations to senior leadership, and for external reporting.
  • Interact with, and provide, broad analytical and business support to assigned functional unit(s).
