Fostering Team Manager
Salary: £44,000 - £46,000
NonStop's client, located in the West Midlands, is searching for a new Team Manager to join their independent fostering agency on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities:
- Support and manage a small group of Social Workers in the Sandwell area
- Provide support, supervision, training, and advice when needed
Requirements:
- Registered with Social Work England
- A driver
- Experience as a team manager within Fostering
- Up to date with current safeguarding legislation
