Role Overview:
As a Foreman, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our high-specification residential projects. You’ll lead a team of skilled landscapers, collaborating closely with architects, designers, and clients to bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the delivery of superprime residential landscaping projects.
  • Coordinate site activities, subcontractors, and materials to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain quality standards, safety protocols, and adherence to project specifications.
  • Interpret plans and execute hard landscaping features, including paving, brickwork, and decking.
  • Foster a cohesive and efficient working environment within your team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a landscape foreman or similar role.
  • Proficiency in hard landscaping techniques and materials.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide your team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for creating exceptional outdoor spaces.
