Foot Mobile Engineer (Commercial Building Maintenance)
City of London - Starting Monday 8th April 
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. £20ph. 

Looking for a Foot Mobile Engineer to work for a Maintenance Provider. Our client does not require someone who is electrically or mechanically qualified.

You’ll be doing.
  • PPM and Reactive Maintenance 
  • Changing filters on air conditioning systems
  • Changing light bulbs and ensuring other fixtures and fittings are in good working order
  • Rewiring, changing fuses, junction boxes etc.
  • Emergency Lighting
  • Fire Alarms
  • Carpentry
  • Painting and decorating
  • Carpet, Tiles
  • Doors, Locks
  • General Fabric works
  • Plumbing
  • Travelling round the city as a Foot Mobile Engineer
What you’ll need.
  • Prior experience in Building Maintenance - Essential 
  • Preferably worked as a Foot Mobile Engineer
  • Client facing 
  • Reality to undergo Maintenance duties efficiently
