Food Production Team Leader – DAY Shift

Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm

Artisan food manufacturer - Tortilla, sauces & salsa, hummus & pesto (NO MEAT)

Circa £27k + Benefits + Holiday Pay

Permanent contract  

Greenford, Park Royal, Wembley

Vanta Staffing are the exclusive staffing partner to an amazing artisan, manufacturer of high-end – Tortilla’s, sauces & salsa, hummus & pesto (NO MEAT)

Due to growth & contract wins, we are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a proven background in Food manufacturing.  

The successful Food Production Team Leader duties will include;

• Lead & motivate the production team (4 – 7 people)
• Ensure production is consistent & up to the companies high standards
• Manage the team’s KPI’s ensuring each are meet
• Assist in the planning & management of rota’s, demand and supply planning & resource management
• Work to the departments SOPs
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the factory
• Work to the companies high standards at all times
• Work to health & safety policies
• Commit to their working week; Monday to Friday 10am – 6pm

Required experience & characteristics;

• At least 1years experience leading, managing, motivating a food production team
• Proven people management skills
• Enthusiastic, positive and motivational  
• Experience of managing demand, workflow & supply
• Reliable & conscientious
• Courteous, polite & professional
