Brooklands College is a Further Education College with two campuses based in Weybridge, Surrey and Ashford, Middlesex. We pride ourselves in providing innovative and effective programmes for learners of all abilities.

We are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Assistant to assist with the commercial aspects of our catering department including, our restaurant, Brookes café and any external events. This role will facilitate practical workshops alongside the departmental lecturers and support them where required. This position will also cook and support the daily breakfast service in the canteen.

The successful candidate must hold an industry qualification or equivalent work experience and be able to work flexibly to support the occasional evening class, exhibition or weekend event.
