Position: Restaurant Lounge Manager
Location: Berkshire

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Lead a dynamic team of hospitality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and guest-centric service.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of restaurant lounge operations, ensuring seamless execution of service, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing efficiency.
  • Guest Experience: Champion a personalized guest experience, anticipating needs, resolving issues promptly, and consistently exceeding expectations to cultivate loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Drive revenue generation through strategic pricing, cost control measures, and effective inventory management while achieving budgetary targets.
  • Training and Development: Mentor and train staff to deliver exceptional service, providing ongoing coaching, and fostering professional growth opportunities.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or upscale Lounge environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team to achieve common goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
  • Adept at problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
