Rthirteen are currently partnering with an insurance specialist in their search for a FNOL Manager to join their growing team in South Norfolk. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end processes for new claims, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and accurate administration.
This is a full-time, permanent role working on a rota basis working between 9am - 7pm Monday - Friday & 9am-5pm Saturday for a total of 38.5 hours per week. The offered salary for this role is £24,000 - £32,000 dependent on experience.

Duties to include:
- Managing end-to-end processes for new claims, including initiating communication with involved parties and utilizing a case management system to address outstanding issues.
- Promoting to clients and associated parties, demonstrating effective salesmanship.
- Communicating with clients, responsible parties, insurers, solicitors, and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.
- Coordinating the delivery of credit hire vehicles from a diverse fleet, ensuring safe and convenient arrangements that meet client needs.
- Providing general administrative support to the management team.
You will have/be:
- Sound insurance claims experience and a customer service background.
- Well organised with the ability prioritise and meet deadlines.
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
