Position: Technical Supervisor

Salary: Up to £64,000 per annum + benefits

Location: Central London

Contract: Flagship Contract

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day facility operations, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
• Utilise your strong technical background to address and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Demonstrate flexibility by working overtime two days a month to meet project demands.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Facilities Management
• Strong technical background (electrical or mechanical) - Level 3 or equivalent
• A strong understanding of building compliance
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions in high-pressure situations.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Willingness to be on call one in two weeks and work overtime as needed.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• Experience working on multiple buildings
