Vacancy - Fleet Sales Support/Administrator - Preston

Our client, a fantastic motor trade employer, is looking to recruit a Fleet Sales Support/Administrator.

You will be guided and supported by the group's Divisional Fleet Sales Manager who will impart their knowledge and experience allowing you to develop your skills and establish a long career within the Automotive industry.

Don't forget you will also have a supportive team around you to help you along the way!

Responsibilities:

  • The role will involve but is not limited to the following:
  • Vehicle Admin - Ordering, taxing and invoicing vehicles for both the Fleet Sales at Preston and our Central Fleet operation
  • Managing the vehicles as they arrive on site, booking them into the workshop and for valet & fuel.
  • Coordinating and booking deliveries of vehicles
  • We require someone with excellent administration skills with the ability to manage a diverse workload with good Customer Service and telephone skills.
  • Should also be able to follow and implement processes.

Qualifications:

  • To succeed within this role, you will be organised, hard-working and have the drive and passion to succeed within their fleet zone.
  • You don't have to be a fleet expert or have previously worked within a similar role… all you need is a 'can-do' attitude and the ability to learn quickly whilst on the job.
