Fleet Logistics Co-Ordinator
Full time, 12 Month Contract, 37.5 hours per week. (flexitime)

Role Duties:
The Fleet Logistics Coordinator is an integral member of the Engineering Support Team who works closely with both the Logistics, Inventory and Production teams to ensure all materials, tools, equipment or vehicles for in-work aircraft are available to meet the aircraft maintenance plan and that data accuracy is maintained.

Responsibilities:
Liaison with various department to ensure all parts and spare parts are as they should be.
Chasing up orders and tracking locations of parts to ensure they will be ready in line with the maintenance tasks schedules.
Liaising with headquarters to fast-track spare part orders and chasing timeline of parts delivery.

This role is a new role to the Glasgow site, they usually have the main spares ordering system in their headquarters, but they are trialling it in the Glasgow site. This will include more responsibility on ensuring all parts and spare parts are being ordered and will be available to for the maintenance schedule.

Experiences considered:
Supply chain experience.
Buying experience.
Progress chasers, expeditors.

Requirements:
Previous experience within supply chain, progress chasing.
SAP experience
High level of Communication skills is key.

Location: Glasgow
Shift: 37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday Days (Flexitime available)
Pay: Negotiable around £35,000 per annum (£18.00ph PAYE)
Contract: 12 Months with potential to go permanent.
